Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances that have been opened or used are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation carefully and work with you to find a fair and appropriate solution.

Once a return is approved, instructions will be provided. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
